FIELD: milk industry, in particular, cheese washing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: cheese washing machine has casing with working channel. End brushes are mounted within casing on hollow shafts, said shafts being provided with piled working surface divided into segments by means of radial channels. Cheese washing machine is also equipped with water supply system for supplying water through hollow shafts, drive for brushes, and additional cylindrical brushes positioned transverse to working table, at an angle to one another. Radial channels of end brushes are extending in spiral lines. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of washing cheeses and reduced labor intensity for carrying out washing procedure. ^ 3 dwg |
