FIELD: broadband communication systems using noise-like signals. ^ SUBSTANCE: novelty is that proposed broadband signal search and monitoring device that has time shift unit, decision unit whose first output is connected through controlled frequency synthesizer to heterodyne inputs of mixers and second output, to signal input of mixers through controlled pseudorandom synchronizing sequence generator and multiplier is provided with newly introduced broadband filters, narrow-band filter, switching unit, control signal shaper, and spectrum analyzer. Outputs of mixers, except for first one, are connected to time compression unit through broadband filters; output of first correlation channel mixer is connected to inputs of narrow-band and broad-band filters whose outputs are connected through switching unit to time compression unit whose other input is connected to first output of control signal shaper; second output of the latter is connected to first input of decision unit and third one, to first input of spectrum analyzer whose second input is connected to time compression unit and output, to second input of decision unit; second output of the latter is connected to control input of switching unit and to first input of control signal shaper whose second input is connected to additional output of controlled pseudorandom synchronizing sequence generator. ^ EFFECT: reduced noise-like signal search time at unknown or varying carrier frequency. ^ 1 cl, 7 dwg |
