A combined helical conveyer contains housings of two sections articulated between them with screws located in them and a drive. Walls of both housings are rigidly connected together in such a manner that their longitudinal axes form between them an angle from 50 DEGREE to 70 DEGREE . In this case, the end of housing of one section located horizontally is cut into the wall of housing of another section located with an inclination. The sharp angle formed by housings of both sections, due to installation of additional box forms a cavity, which is common with the cavities of housings of both sections of conveyor. In this case, the longitudinal surface of the housing of horizontally located section contains opening with loading branch pipe located from the side opposite to the junction of the housings of the sections of conveyor. The longitudinal surface of the housing of section located with an inclination contains opening with unloading branch pipe located from the side opposite to junction of the housings of the sections of conveyor. Furthermore, the screw of each section has its own separate drive, and the external working surface of screws has additional layer made of the material of increased hardness. |
