FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quick-acting devices for connecting and disconnected of high-pressure flexible hoses with sealed hydraulic and pneumatic consumers. Proposed pipeline quick-release coupling consists of two coupling members connected by ball lock hermetically connected to pipelines, each containing shutoff valve seat and shutoff valve with seal arranged in axial direction. When coupling members are connected, heads of valves thrust against one another providing opening of valves. Device is provided also with two additional valves. Diameter of each said valve is less than diameter of shutoff valve. Additional valve is furnished with non-sealed pusher. Additional valves are arranged coaxially inside shutoff valves, and each pusher thrusts by of end against head of ball of additional valve, and other end of pusher projects from head of shutoff valve by value exceeding half of maximum displacement of additional valve. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of coupling. ^ 2 dwg |
