<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for effectively using bean-curd refuse as food and changing bean-curd refuse disposed as waste to valuables, especially an auxiliary raw material for seafood-paste. <P>SOLUTION: This technique comprises adding water, sugar and acid to bean-curd refuse followed by heating and bringing the product to a pasty state so as to easily add as the auxiliary raw material of other food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
