<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operation time per transaction by directly operating an automatic teller machine by preliminarily registering the operation procedure of the automatic teller machine. <P>SOLUTION: In response to ATM transaction registration requested from terminal equipment, a host system stores the operation procedure of the automatic teller machine of a corresponding user, and issues a registration number to the terminal equipment each time the operation procedure of the automatic teller machine is stored.
