<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic key capable of miniaturize a key size even if one key has both of a wireless communication function and a wave clock function. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic key 3 is a key into which a collation communication function for collating a wireless ID and the wave clock function capable of automatically correcting a display time are incorporated. The electronic key 3 is provided with a key controller 18 for integrally controlling the electronic key 3 and a receiving antenna 19 shared between the collation communication function and the wave clock function. A switch type switching circuit 28 for deciding a destination of a received signal received with the receiving antenna 19 is connected between a receiving circuit 22 for collation communication/a receiving circuit 25 for a wave clock and the receiving antenna 19.
