LIQUID COOLING SYSTEM, AND RADIATING DEVICE FOR THE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling system which efficiently cools a heat generating element and shows a drastic silencing effect, and to provide a radiating device for the system.

SOLUTION: The liquid cooling system for electronic equipment having a heat generating element in a case body comprises: a heat receiving jacket 120 which is thermally connected to a semiconductor element so as to allow a liquid cooling medium to internally flow; a radiating part 400 for radiating the heat transmitted to the liquid cooling medium to the outer part of the equipment; and a circulation pump 300 for circulating the liquid cooling medium in a loop having the heat receiving jacket and the radiating part. The radiating part includes: a substantially rectangular and flat radiator 410 having a plurality of lines of piping 411 for allowing the liquid cooling medium to internally flow and radiating fins 414 attached to the piping; and a circular plate 500 having a diameter substantially the same as the short side of the rectangular radiator. The circular disk is made to be adjacent to the radiator and rotated so as to generate a cool wind.
