PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of a device while reducing cost of the device. SOLUTION: In the state that a manual valve 21 is in a drive position, when a control part excites an on-off solenoid valve 37 and control oil pressure from a control valve unit 24 is introduced to a predetermined port 62a of a fuel valve 60, the fuel valve 60 shuts off an oil passage leading from the control valve unit 24 to an engagement element C3 via a shift valve 34.
