PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mechanical property of the cross-linked resin obtained by reacting a bis(2-oxazolin) compound with an aromatic amine. SOLUTION: The cross-linked resin is obtained by reacting the bis(2-oxazoline) compound (constituent A) with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (constituent B) as the aromatic amine. The constituent A is preferably 2,2'-(1,3-phenylene)bis(2-oxazoline). The molded article of the fiber-reinforced resin is prepared by combining the above cross-linked resin with reinforcing fibers. A method for producing it comprises filling a liquid-like material prepared by mixing and dissolving the above constituents (A) and (B) under an elevated temperature together with a curing accelarator into a mold in which the reinforcing fibers are arranged, permeating the material between the reinforcing fibers, curing it with heat. A cross-linked resin model obtained by reacting 2,2'-(1,3-phenylene)bis(2-oxazoline) with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether has the molecular structure shown in the figure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
