PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving attitude adjusting device capable of always setting the optimal driving attitude without requiring complicated operation by automatically adjusting driving position, in which a driver feels dissatisfied with sitting attitude. SOLUTION: This driving attitude adjusting device is provided with a driving position adjusting means 2 for driving each of driving positions, a load detecting means 3 for detecting a load to be applied to a load measuring position, a dissatisfaction estimating means 4 for estimating dissatisfaction with sitting attitude on the basis of a load change detected by the load detecting means 3, and a control means 5 for driving the driving position adjusting means 2 in a direction for eliminating dissatisfaction estimated by the dissatisfaction estimating means 4. In the case wherein the driver feels dissatisfaction with sitting attitude during driving, a dissatisfaction part is estimated by converting a load applying to the load measuring position, and dissatisfied driving position can be automatically adjusted to the sitting position adjusting intention of the driver, and the optimal driving attitude can be always set without requiring complicated operation.
