PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut down on an occupied area of an ESD protecting circuit. SOLUTION: Data of each of multiple signals are transferred from a power-down region 10 belonging to a first core electric power source E1 to a backup region 20 belonging to a second core electric source E2. An interface between different electric power sources is equipped with a command register 101, an address register 102, a write data register 103 and a transmitting buffer 106 that converts parallel data comprising the data of each of the multiple signals into serial data, a transmitting buffer 106 for transmitting a serial data signal tx from a power-down region 10 side to one signal line, a receiving buffer 204 for receiving the serial data transmitted from the signal line at a backup region 20 side, and a command register 201, an address register 202, a write data register 203, and a receiving buffer 204 that return the serial data received to the parallel data.
