PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the number of windows being simultaneously opened according to operation of an input device to provide operation environment optimum to a user. SOLUTION: This information processor has: an operation information acquisition part 102 acquiring operation information related to the operation of the input device 200 from an input signal; an operation-related information acquisition part 103 acquiring operation-related information on the basis of the operation information; a window number acquisition part 108 acquiring the number of the presently opened windows; a window decision part 105 deciding whether to close at least one window among the presently opened windows or not on the basis of the operation-related information and the number of the opened windows when a new window production instruction acquisition part 104 acquires an instruction to produce a new window; and a window update part 106 updating window information stored in a window storage part 107 from a decision result of the window decision part 105.
