摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate autonomous mobile equipment as a whole, without generating dead locks due to the mutual interferences of a plurality of pieces of autonomous mobile equipment, by making the plurality of pieces of autonomous mobile equipment mutually predict the movement of the other autonomous mobile equipment. SOLUTION: The autonomous mobile equipment 1 is provided with a storage means 11, a traveling means 13, a path-generating means 16 for generating a traveling path, a traveling control means 17 for controlling the traveling means 13 so as to move to a destination along the traveling path, while avoiding obstacle and a communication means 18 for transmitting/receiving information with the other equipment. In the storage means 11, a stand-by position which is to be paired with each node is set, and the traveling control means 17 acquires the traveling status of the other autonomous mobile equipment from a controller 2, when the autonomous mobile equipment 1 travels from an arrival node to the next target node, and controls the traveling means 13 so as to standby at a stand-by position, paired with the arrival node, when it is decided that the other autonomous mobile equipment is moving from the direction of the target node toward the arrival node.
