PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device that is easy to manufacture and of which the manufacturing time is shortened. SOLUTION: The lens drive device 1 includes: an approximately cylindrical yoke 3; a base 5 and frame 6 disposed on the periphery of the yoke 3; a lens support 7; a magnet 13 attached to the base 5; and a coil 10 attached to the lens support 7. The lens support 7 is moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens by electromagnetic force generated by supply of power to the coil 10. The base 5 and the frame 6 are connected by a plurality of connecting parts 21 and 25. The internal face 21a of the connecting part 21 on the base side and the internal face 25a of the connecting part 25 on the frame side have projections 23 and projections 27 respectively, which are disposed in firm contact with the peripheral face 3a of the yoke 3.
