摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital type X-ray detector system which can be quickly stabilized under a dynamic machinery load. SOLUTION: A semiconductor X-ray detector 100 has an array 104 of an X-ray detector element 106 on a top layer 102 having an outer surface 108 and an inner surface 109. The inner surface 109 has substantially a non-electric consuming nature. Further, an absorption layer 120 as an electric non-conductor is arranged between an electric earth path adjacent to the inner surface 109 and an electric consuming layer 110 and a base 130. The electric consuming layer 110 can make easily a discharge of a static electric charge from the inner surface 109 of the top layer 102 to the electric earth path.
