PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately measuring spinorphin in a biological sample, having high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The method comprises a process of giving a solution phase, obtained by mixing a sample sampled from an organism with trichloro acetic acid to a reverse-phase column for dissolving spinorphin by a solvent (A); a process of bringing spinorphin flown out in the process (A) into contact with spinorphin solidificated to a carrier, and a spinorphin antibody (B); a process of removing the spinorphin antibody that is not bonded to the spinorphin solidified to a carrier (C); a process of bringing a specifically bonded labeled secondary antibody into contact with the spinorphin antibody bonded to the spinorphin solidificated to the carrier in the process (C) of bonding the spinorphin antibody bonded to the spinorphin solidificated to the carrier and a labeled secondary antibody (D); and a process of measuring the amount of labeling in the labeled secondary antibody bonded to a spinorphin antibody (E).
