PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron-beam tube having a high output, capable of suppressing surely a temperature rise of a window member by releasing surely heat in the window member, and acquiring a long using lifetime without breakage of the window member. SOLUTION: This electron-beam tube is provided with an electron beam generator inside a vacuum container. The vacuum container is constituted of a tube member and the window member 20 on which an electron beam transmission domain 206 is formed. The window member 20 has a plurality of beam parts 204 extending into the internal space of the vacuum container and a window substrate part 201 for constituting the electron beam transmission domain 206, and a heat transfer member 207 is bonded to the window substrate part 201 and the heat transfer member 207 is provided on a position opposite to the beam parts 204, so as to be disposed to the external space S of the electron-beam tube.
