PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of noise on the end surface side of panel members by enhancing sound insulating performance to the lower floor. SOLUTION: A soundproof chamber 10 comprises a floor 11 having a plurality of panel members 15 arranged on a placing surface F and a plurality of wall panels 12 erected from a position for enclosing this floor 11. The panel members 15 are arranged via clearance S between the adjacent wall members 15 and/or the wall panels 12. A blocking-up member 24 is arranged inside the clearance S, and restrains sound leakage from the clearance S and rubbing of mutual end surfaces of the panel members 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
