PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which excels in the balance of impact resistance and flowability, excels in rigidity, heat resistance, surface external appearance, and coating properties and has excellent thermal aging resistance, and thus is useful as automobile interior and exterior materials and housing/part area materials of electric/electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This resin composition is a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a rubber reinforced vinyl resin (i) and a polyamide resin (ii) and, further, a modified vinyl copolymer (iii), and a reinforcing material (iv), wherein the above rubber reinforced resin (i) comprises a graft (co)polymer (A-1) obtained by graft polymerizing a vinyl monomer or a vinyl monomer mixture onto a rubbery polymer and a vinyl (co)polymer (A-2) composed of at least one vinyl monomer unit, and the above modified vinyl copolymer comprises anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic anhydride unit and/or its derivative unit.
