PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type powder and grain discharge device capable of preventing flushing of powder and grain having high flushing performance, without reducing discharge capacity. SOLUTION: This vibration type powder and grain discharge device is arranged on the lower side of a storage device for storing the powder and grain, and discharges the powder and grain stored in the storage device, and has a body having a discharge port on a bottom surface, a barrier member arranged on the storage device side of the discharge port inside of the body, projecting to the storage device side and having an outer diameter larger than a opening diameter of the discharge port, an excitation means for imparting predetermined vibration to the body, and a control part for controlling the excitation means, and has at least one flow restraining means arranged around the discharge port of the bottom surface of the body, guiding the flowing direction of the powder and grain and decelerating a flow of the powder and grain, for solving the problem.
