PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle type resin container with a cap, which is represented by a conventional PET bottle, capable of very easily removing a cap circumferential band by lightly supporting the band upward and rotating the band in a cap closing direction after opening the cap without damaging a function imparted to the bottle type resin container. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the bottle type resin container with the cap, if only the cap circumferential band 6 left at the lower part of a circumferential protrusion on a bottle mouth is supported in an upward direction of the bottle mouth and at the same time rotated in the cap closing direction, it is shifted to the upper end of the circumferential protrusion on the bottle mouth. The upper end of the circumferential protrusion on the bottle mouth has a slope surface formed thereon, which declines in a cap opening direction. The slope surface declining in the cap opening direction has a projection deleted portion near a location that reaches a flat surface at the lower end of the circumferential protrusion on the bottle mouth.
