PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection plate of a wooden cargo bed for a carrying vehicle capable of enhancing the durability of the cargo bed, and suppressing any increase in the weight of the entire cargo bed, and easily mounted on a floor plate. SOLUTION: The protection plate 14 has a plate body 15 fixed to a surface of a floor plate, a plurality of through-holes 16 formed in the plate body 15 in a distributed manner on a front surface of a plate body 15 to absorb the deformation in the direction along the surface caused by the cargo load applied on the surface of the plate body 15, and a plurality of biting teeth 17 which are provided in a distributed manner on a back side of the plate body 15, protruded from the back side to be bitten in a wooden floor plate to fix the plate body 15 to the floor plate. Even when the cargo load is applied to the plate body, and a part of the protection plate is subjected to plastic deformation and displaced in the surface direction, the displaced portion is not raised in a ridge, and any space is hardly formed from the floor plate.
