PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage chamber having a draining rack for placing articles to be drained, in which a water receiving tray capable of preventing water from overflowing when a large quantity of water flows in an instant is provided. SOLUTION: A water collecting tray (12) is provided for collecting water dropping from the articles to be drained through the draining rack (11) so as to guide the water downward through a water collection hole. The water receiving tray (13) is removably fitted to the storage chamber for temporary storing water dropped from the water collection hole. The water receiving tray has a relatively large first drain hole (13a) provided in a lower position than the periphery, and a relatively small second drain hole (13b) provided in a lower position than the first drain hole.
