<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the efficiency of a fuel battery from degrading, and stably and surely achieving intermittent operation by a combination of the fuel battery and a storage apparatus, in a power system that includes the storage apparatus, such as the fuel battery and a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The power system is provided with a first power source 1, a second power source 2, a power converter 3 for converting the voltage between a first terminal 12 connected to the first power source and a second terminal 11 connected to the second power source, a switching means 5 for connecting and disconnecting between the first power source 1 and the first terminal 12 of the power converter 3, and a voltage converter controlling means 10 for controlling the difference between a voltage at the first terminal 12 of the power converter 3 and the output voltage from the first power source 1 to be within the range of a predetermined voltage difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
