<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant restraining device of simple structure easy to carry and convenient to secure a space for installation and improved in performance for restraining an infant in a vehicle seat. <P>SOLUTION: This infant restraining device 20 is to be installed in the vehicle seat 6 provided with a seat cushion 6a for an occupant, a seat bag 6b as a bag rest for the occupant, and a heard rest 6c arranged over the seat back 6b. This infant restraining device 20 also has a head rest 21 for an infant for supporting the head 7a of an infant 7 sitting on the vehicle seat 6 and possible to be detachably fitted to a head rest stay 6d as a connection part of the seat back 6b and the head rest 6c, and has shoulder webbing 33 and 34 extended from the head rest 21 for the infant.
