<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller and an imaging apparatus capable of continuing successful display without making display into black picture display even when a frequency in the case of reading display data from a storage medium is changed. <P>SOLUTION: Image information stored in a storage medium 12 is read with a frequency predetermined by a medium control part 11, after it is stored in a buffer 11A, transmitted to a display control part 15 via a DMA control part 10, a display DMA control aprt 14 and displayed on a display 16. A switching request signal of a reading frequency is outputted from a CPU interface control part 20, a switching response signal synchronized with a display frame signal is outputted to the medium control part 11 in response to the switching request signal, accordingly reading from the buffer 11A and switching of the frequency are performed, thus DMA transfer of the image information is performed synchronized with display timing and successful display is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
