PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device having a driving circuit which reduces resistance related to an electric connection between a semiconductor layer of a TFT and a wiring, and also reduces consumption current by preventing the malfunction of the driving circuit. SOLUTION: The driving circuit comprises: an n-channel first TFT and a p-channel second TFT which compose a complementary transistor; a wiring which is electrically connected to either a semiconductor layer of the first TFT through a first contact hole made in the interlayer insulating film, or a semi-conductor layer of the second TFT through a second contact hole made in the interlayer insulating film; and a conductive sheet layer which is formed in the layer lower than the semiconductor layer of the first or the second TFT in the overlapping relations with the first or the second contact hole, so that a first resistance related to an electrical connection between the wiring and the semiconductor layer of the first TFT, and a second resistance related to an electrical connection between the wiring and the semiconductor layer of the second TFT are brought close to each other.
