PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple air conditioner capable of avoiding dew condensation on a runner by preventing the unbalance of refrigerant distribution from occurring even when a plurality of indoor units with different capacities are operated with different air volumes. SOLUTION: This heat pump type multiple air conditioner comprises an outdoor unit 10 and the plurality of indoor units 20A and 20B connected to the outdoor unit and allowed to exclusively operate. Also, the air conditioner comprises a dewing preventing operation mode selected under prescribed conditions in cooling operation or dehumidifying operation. In the dewing preventing operation mode, a prescribed upper limit rotational speed is set for an instructing rotational speed to a compressor 11, and the indoor fans 26A and 26B of the indoor units 22A and 22B are maintained and operated at rotational speeds or higher obtained when each mode is selected.
