<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control device, which enhance a data security for semiconductor memories with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The memory system, comprises: a specific manufacturer ID determining unit 03, which has an ID set unit for setting an ID for the specific manufacturer by using a fuse, and a commodity set unit for setting whether a product is manufactured by the specific manufacturer or the product is a commodity by using the fuse; a memory controller 07 for outputting written data when the data is written as well as for inputting read out data when the data is read out; and a scrambler 08, which scrambles and sends the written data to an external ROM/RAM 09 by using the ID for the specific manufacturer and also releases the scramble of a read out data output from the external ROM/RAM 09 by using the ID for the specific manufacturer at setting a product of specific manufacturer, and when the product is set as a commodity, sends the written data to the external ROM/RAM 09 without scrambling and also sends the read out data to the memory controller 07 without releasing the scramble of the read data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
