PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging station for an autonomous mobile robot, in which a charging terminal of the autonomous mobile robot induced to the charging station and a supply terminal of the charging station can be securely connected, the charging terminal at a robot side is small so as not to cause a trouble to the design of the robot, and the inexpensive charging device at the charging station side has a simple structure, and conduction defects due to electric shock, a short-circuit, and smudge or the like are not caused. SOLUTION: The charging station is provided with an approach angle correction means which almost faces the supply terminal to the charging terminal by controlling a robot side driving wheel to a charging device having the supply terminal at the charging station and the robot approaching side, and controlling the clearance between the supply terminal and the robot side charging terminal and the robot approach angle.
