PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a movable contact piece, and solve a problem of difficulty in the improvement of reliability. SOLUTION: A substrate 22 is formed with a storage part 22a at the bottom of which a fixed contact piece 23a is formed. The movable contact piece 24 has a frame body 24a around the piece, and movable contacts 24b with one-side ends connected to the frame body 24a and the other end free, and folded parts 24d formed around the frame body 24a.
