PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a switch with simple structure, reduced cost, and improved assembly workability and waterproofness. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure comprises a switch main body 9 having push-button switches 9a; a flexible and waterproof cover member 10 which covers the switch main body 9 including the push-button switches 9a; and a mounting board 11 for mounting the switch main body 9, which has open windows 11a for exposing the push-buttons 9a covered by the cover member 10. The cover member 10 is formed so that it covers almost total of the switch main body 9 and an opening 10a is formed in a lower part of the cover member 10. The switch main body 9 is equipped with the cover member 10 by inserting the switch main body 9 into the cover member 10 through the opening 10a, and electric wires 12 connected with terminals 9b of the switch main body 9 are pulled out through the opening 10a.
