PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide machine elements and parts for joining and fastening capable of joining and fastening a plurality of members to each other by a very simple operation and separating the joined and fastened plurality of members from each other by a very simple operation. SOLUTION: All or a part of the machine elements and parts for joining and fastening is formed of a material dissolvable by a specific solute. When the joining and fastening of these members are released, they are treated in a specific solute atmosphere to eliminate forces to arrest the machine elements and parts.
