PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a mixing loss on the downstream side of a shroud. SOLUTION: A turbine bucket 10 is provided with a bucket body 9 and the plate-shaped shroud 13. The bucket body 9 arranged within a split casing 11 rotates about an axis by receiving a hydrodynamic force of a fluid flowing in the axis direction. Then the plate-shaped shroud 13 is provided in the end of the outer periphery of the bucket body 9 so that the plate-shaped shroud 13 intersects the radius direction in which the bucket body 9 is extended and divides the main stream area on the bucket body 9 side from an area on the split casing 11 side. Then the shroud 13 is provided with an upstream part 13a and a downstream part 13b. The upstream part 13a is provided so that the distance from the axis increases toward the downstream side of the fluid flow, and the downstream part 13b is extended in nearly parallel with the inner peripheral surface of the split casing 11 which is reverse to the downstream part 13b.
