PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a body for storing a voice warning part and a power source part as a notifying means without wholly requiring accuracy, by dispensing with fixing work of a detecting part in a shutter operation warning device. SOLUTION: The voice warning part for uttering a warning sound by reproducing a predetermined message and the power source part for supplying a power source to this voice warning part, are stored in the body arranged on a wall surface, and are stuck to a shutter for detecting operation, and the detecting part for controlling driving of the voice warning part by detecting the operation of the shutter by its separation, is connected to the fixing end by a flexible connecting part. The detecting part is formed of a magnet catch sticking by being adsorbed to the shutter for detecting the operation and a limit switch for opening and closing a contact point by sticking/separation to the shutter.
