PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period, to reduce material cost, and to improve construction quality, by reducing the number of member items such as a through-angle per upper-lower two stages of a cement plate by half. SOLUTION: A cement plate dead weight receiving member 27 is fixed to a central part in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal directional through-angle 24 fixed to a beam 26, and an upper stage cement plate 19 is placed on the cement plate dead weight receiving member 27. An upper part of a Z clip 33 is fixed by a bolt to the upper stage cement plate 19, and a lower part of the Z clip 33 is welded to the through-angle 24.
