摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing in high purity e.g. 3-acryloyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate at low temperatures without using any costly refining step, namely without being accompanied by any high-molecular or highly hydroxylated components. SOLUTION: The method for producing a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate comprises conducting a reaction of at least one compound A containing at least one epoxide group with at least one compound B containing at least one carboxylic acid group, wherein the compound A and/or the compound B contain(s) at least one (meth)acrylate group and the reaction is conducted in the presence of a Lewis acid catalyst having at least one directly bound di(cyclo)alkylamino group.
