PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid treatment module which can further enhance the amount of a hydrophilizing agent held and can efficiently manufacture the liquid treatment module. SOLUTION: A casing 2 with a membrane base material loaded therein is set in such a state that a blood discharge port 13 and a blood injection port 15 are located vertically. A treatment liquid containing a predetermined concentration of a hydrophilizing agent is injected into the casing 2 through the blood injection port 15 in such a state that a dialysis solution injection port 8 and a dialysis solution discharge port 9 are closed by a stopper member 38. Thereafter, the dialysis solution injection port 8 and the dialysis solution discharge port 9 are opened, and, further, the blood injection port 15 is closed.
