<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for manufacturing a fuel cell separator capable of manufacturing many separators having high dimensional accuracy by suppressing the wear on the surface of the die used for the manufacture of the fuel cell separator having good surface shape with no minute linear projections caused by die flaws on the surface, and to provide the manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator using the die. <P>SOLUTION: The die for manufacturing the fuel cell separator capable of molding a resin molding material containing a carbon material is comprised of an upper die and a lower die whose surfaces are covered with a wear resistant material having a Vickers hardness of 1,500 or more, and the fuel cell separator is manufactured by using the die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
