<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sleeve which is put on a flexible packaging bag with a mouth stopper member to give the packaging bag a heat insulating property and an injury preventive function. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet is folded into a chevron shape via a folding line to form two front face boards. Trapezoidal side faces (13) and pasting space pieces (14) are formed consecutively via folding lines on both edges of an approximate lower half portion of one front face board (11), respectively. The pasting space pieces (14) are pasted on the back face of the other front face board (12) corresponding to one front face board (11) to form a quadrilateral bottom face of an open part (15) and the upper parts of both side faces of side open parts (16), thereby form the paper sleeve (10) of a pentahedron.
