<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-constituted front two-wheel tricycle which can travel with stability when it travels on an ordinary road at fast and slow speeds and makes a turn, which can travel by keeping its balance even when a heavy load is put in a front basket, which enters a standing state at all times when it makes a stop, and which enables safe loading and unloading and travel in the snow. <P>SOLUTION: A head pipe is attached to a front end of a vehicle frame at an angle of 90 or shallow degrees and tilted toward the front wheel side or the rear wheel side, and a fork is attached below the connection which is provided to the lower end of a handle bar inserted into the lumen of the head pipe. Then a plurality of bearings are built into the tip of the fork, and two pipes for the bearings with similar figures are attached which are tilted in the right and left slanting lower directions at a shallow angle. Then two spindles inserted into the plurality of bearings from the right and left directions are connected to each other by a connecting instrument, the center of the wheel is fixed to the projections projected outside of the spindles and the wheels are pivoted with flexible rotation.
