<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic non-human animal inhibiting TROY signals, to provide a transgenic non-human animal having the accentuated substance penetrability of blood brain barriers, and to provide use thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This transgenic non-human animal inhibiting TROY signals by the expression of dissolvable TROY. The transgenic non-human animal has the accentuated substance penetrability of blood brain barriers. Thereby, the transgenic non-human animal is useful as the model of a disease accompanying the accentuation of the penetration of the blood brain barriers. By the present invention, disease-treating medicines can be screened.
