<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a system capable of continuously mass-producing a high-purity single-layer carbon material. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with: a fluidized bed reaction part 23-1 in which a fluid catalyst 21 being a fluidized material is filled; a raw material feeder 41 for feeding a carbon source 14 into the fluidized bed reaction part 23-1; a fluid catalyst feeder 43 for feeding the fluid catalyst 21 into the reaction part 23-1; a free-boarded part 23-2 having a space allowing the fluid catalyst 21 in the reaction part 23-1 to be scattered and to flow down; a fluidizing gas feeder 42 for feeding a fluidizing gas 22 to fluidize the fluid catalyst 21; a heating part 23-3 for heating the reaction part 23-1; and a preheating part 70 for preheating the carbon source 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
