PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for manufacturing a nanocarbon material capable of continuously mass-producing the single-layer nanocarbon material of high purity, catalyst fine particles, a manufacturing method of the nanocarbon material and a manufacturing system of the nanocarbon material. SOLUTION: The catalyst for manufacturing the nanocarbon material is manufactured by coating the surface of a carrier 10 with, for example, a nanometal aqueous solution 11 and subsequently drying and baking the coated carrier 10 to support a nanometal being a catalyst (Fe) 12 on the surface of the carrier 10.
