PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a photographing device operate as a security device by effectively utilizing existing functions in the photographing device. SOLUTION: When a mode of a camera is set to "a security mode" with a power supply/mode switch 24, a human detection sensor 19 is operated to detect a human.
