PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conduction analyzing method, its apparatus and a program for accurately calculating thermal conduction between members in a system including the movable members even if a conventional method has a risk for generating an error due to complementarity. SOLUTION: The method has steps (S101, S102) for inputting shapes, dimensions, physical values and boundary conditions of the members and also inputting data for indicating the movable members and movement speeds of the members, a step (S106) for determining a divided lengthΔx of a divided region obtained by equally dividing each member based on the minimum divided width and the movement speed of each member, a step (S107) for calculating transient thermal conduction in a unit of the divided length of each member for each divided time, a step (S110) for considering a calculation result as an initial value of the adjacent divided region in the movement direction of the member, and a step (S108) for repeating the calculations until a calculation time elapses.
