PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas vent device of a bearing capable of preventing an operating pressure from being fluctuated even if an interference is large when the gas vent plug is fitted to a hole-like part and a bearing device. SOLUTION: This gas vent plug comprises a metal annular body 12 fitted into the hole-like part communicating with a bearing space and formed of a metal and an elastic tubular body 13 formed integrally with the metal annular body 12, formed in a cylindrical shape, and having a vent part 14 extended from one end face 16 of the cylindrical shape to the axial outside of the cylindrical shape.
