PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect trace data in an arbitrary instruction step of an application program without changing instruction substance of the application program. SOLUTION: A pseudo instruction insertion means 3a inserts a pseudo instruction into an execution program in each instruction unit when the execution program is generated from a source program. A pseudo instruction extraction means 7 extracts the pseudo instruction inserted in a trace execution position of the execution program, and replaces the extracted pseudo instruction with a jump instruction to a trace data collection process. A trace process starting means 8 starts the trace data collection process correspondingly to the jump instruction when detecting the jump instruction when the execution program is executed. A trace processing means 9 performs interrupt processing of the trace data collection process to collect the trace data in timing corresponding to the insertion position of the pseudo instruction.
