PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box from which a content can easily be taken out, and also, of which the opening section can surely be closed. SOLUTION: Facing side plates 2 which form a peripheral wall 1 are bent to the outside. The contour of the proximal ends and the distal ends of an internal end plate 7 and an external end plate 8 which respectively extend from each side plate 2 are formed into an expanded arc shape. A shaking-out port 9 which is covered by the external end plate 8 is provided on the internal end plate 7, and the shaking-out port 9 is made to be opened/closed by elastically changing the bending of the side plates 2 accompanying gripping/separating of both side edge sections of the peripheral wall 1 by bending the internal end plate 7 and the external end plate 8 inward in order in a manner to be overlapped with each other. Also, the distal end edge of the external end plate 8 is brought into contact with the internal surface of the side plate 2 on the other side, and the external end plate 8 is prevented from lifting by setting the curvature of the contour of the internal end plate 7 to be smaller than the curvature of the contour of the external end plate 8. In addition, the bottom section of the peripheral wall 1 is made into a square cylindrical shape, and a Y-shape ruled line 4 is placed upward from a bottom corner up to the middle on the side plate 2, and the restoring force of the side plate 2 is prevented thereby from decreasing.
